We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software QA Specialist to join our dynamic team in Wixom, MI. This role goes beyond identifying defects—it’s about ensuring software excellence through collaboration, test automation, and active participation in the release cycle. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of QA experience in an Agile environment, a solid background with tools like JIRA and SQL Server, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of QA experience in an Agile team environment.
  • Experience with:
  • Defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
  • Relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
  • API testing tools (Postman)
  • Manual testing across multiple platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and effective communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years QA experience, including test automation.
  • Healthcare software experience and compliance knowledge.
