Description Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our development team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying software defects, and collaborating with developers to ensure that final releases meet our high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Analyze product requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases. Execute manual and automated tests across multiple platforms (web, mobile, or desktop). Document, track, and prioritize software defects using industry-standard tracking tools. Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC). Qualifications: Proven experience in software quality assurance or a similar role. Familiarity with various testing methodologies (Black Box, White Box, Integration, etc.). Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving. *position is subject to CSWF requirements*
