Description

HLP Integration is looking for a meticulous and proactive Software QA Tester to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to identify issues, verify fixes, and ensure seamless user experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in software QA testing.
· US Citizenship
· Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for software applications.
· Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple platforms.
· Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
· Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
· Review and analyze system specifications and user stories.
· Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
· Maintain and improve test automation frameworks and scripts.
· Provide feedback on usability, performance, and overall user experience.
· Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle, and testing processes.
· Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
· Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation.
· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
· Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger.
· Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
· Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
· Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
· ISTQB or other QA certification.
· Experience testing APIs and using tools like Postman or Swagger.
· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
