Are you passionate about combining technical precision, customer contact, and innovative testing methods in one role?

• Ensuring software quality in close coordination with customer service and development
• Development and automation of test procedures for software modules of a logistics software
• Further development and maintenance of AI-supported UI testing processes
• Structured documentation of test results and maintenance of audit-relevant documents (ISO 27001)
• Installation, customer-specific implementation, remote support and training for users

Profile

• Completed studies in one of the STEM subjects or a comparable technical education
• Experience in scripting languages, especially PowerShell, as well as confident use of MS Excel and MS SQL
• Experience in installing, configuring, and administering software under Windows
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
• Strong customer focus, teamwork skills and high self-motivation
