Software Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Testing internal Java server applications in the "Engineering Business Solutions" team.
• Manual testing of newly implemented functionality.
• Design, implementation and maintenance of automated test scenarios, including regression tests and REST API tests, as well as UI automation with Selenium/Playwright and backend tests with JUnit.
• Monitoring the results of automated and manual tests, as well as analyzing logs with tools like Kibana.
• Active participation in all phases of the software development cycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaboration in an internationally distributed team and close coordination with developers, architects and project managers.

THAT'S YOU

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in software testing (SQA), ideally in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, CSS, REST API, Swagger/OpenAPI, MySQL.
• Practical experience with Selenium, JUnit, IntelliJ IDEA, Kibana, and Jenkins.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Independent work style, strong analytical skills, team orientation and high level of commitment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
