• You analyze, monitor, and manage problem management tickets.
• To ensure the quality of the software products, you develop and conduct manual and automated software tests.
• You work closely with the responsible departments to analyze, reproduce, and fix errors.
• You are responsible for planning, designing, and implementing software customizations.
• Managing and maintaining test environments are among your responsibilities.
• You are responsible for the continuous improvement of testing processes, increasing efficiency and quality, and creating evaluations taking relevant KPIs into account.

• You have completed technical training (HTL, FH, Uni) or comparable practical experience.
• Ideally, you already have logistics know-how; otherwise, you have a strong interest in our products and processes.
• Ideally, you have programming skills (C++, Java) and are familiar with databases (Oracle, SQL).
• You speak German and English very well.
• You have strong communication skills and are distinguished by your reliability, motivation and enthusiasm for learning.
