We’re looking for a passionate Software Quality Engineer who loves solving complex problems. By joining our team, you will help us build and optimize the services that back up our self-learning AI and next-best-action technology serving thousands of real-time decisions per second.

Responsibilities
  • Work as a part of a cross-functional team to build a platform used by thousands of companies.
  • Have ownership of end-to-end release testing (planning, estimation and risk analysis)
  • Test Case Designing and implementing new features adhering to the best practices.
  • Bring in new testing practices in-line with ATDD, BDD & TDD
  • Agile testing (Automation/Manual Testing / Exploratory / Unit)
  • Participate in code reviews and bring in a quality perspective
  • Actively participate in all Sprint meetings such as Grooming, Planning, Review and Retrospectives etc., mainly understand how the current feature is supposed to be used
  • Participate or introduce potential new ideas & testing solutions
  • Partner with Global Customer Support and Service Reliability teams to troubleshoot and address customer issues
  • Learn and grow as a professional, experiment, innovate and have fun
  • Observe results of your work deployed for more than three thousand customers on cloud
