We are looking for a Software Quality Expert (Test Engineer+) to join our team and help us in our journey towards a world-class quality culture. Working at Lufthansa Systems Poland, as part of the Digital Hangar (DH), provides a unique opportunity to be involved in the development of technologies that change the way passengers experience travel. Digital Hangar is a collaboration with Lufthansa Group, aiming to enhance passenger experiences throughout their entire journey. As part of this collaboration, we focus on the development of mobile applications for the Lufthansa Group (Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, Brussels, and ITA) for iOS and Android systems, as well as creating research and development solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Providing support and guidance on software testing in the mobile application development process,
  • Collaborating with the product team as a software quality expert,
  • Implementing best practices in the agile software development process according to the organization’s goals and market trends,
  • Building an internal community focused on quality, innovation, and personal growth,
  • Offering technical support to product team members in software testing, including: test automation, functional testing, non-functional testing, exploratory testing, integration testing, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery,
  • Assisting in task prioritization for the product team, considering the quality and timeliness of the delivered solutions,
  • Supporting the creation and enforcement of agile software development standards set within the organization,
  • Ensuring quality at every stage of the product’s software development lifecycle
