We are seeking a hands-on Software Quality Simulation Specialist to join the Software Quality team. In this role, you will drive improvements across large-scale simulation sets, enhance simulation workflows and tools, and help advance safe and reliable autonomous trucking technology. In this role you will: Conduct thorough testing of software for autonomous vehicles using various simulation techniques to identify bugs, performance issues, and areas for improvement. Work with simulation platforms including Applied Intuition for simulation analysis. Design and develop simulation models to test software performance and functionality. Use data analytics to interpret perception metrics and derive actionable insights. Strategize and manage dashboards showing complete coverage for simulation sets and safety scenarios for key parameters of the company. Responsible for dashboard management, including creating visual representations for simulation coverage. Enhance user experience through performance analytics of digital and in-person touchpoints. Identify root causes of system failures, escalate issues and track resolutions. Develop targeted customer segmentation models for engineer insight. Implement analytical tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, including enhancing workflows via automation scripts. Position allows for remote work anywhere in the United States. What you’ll bring: Master of Science degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a closely related field. At least 18 months (1.5 years) of experience in the job offered or at least 18 months (1.5 years) of experience in the following: Testing and simulation for autonomous vehicle software Reviewing and assessing testing data to identify problematic areas Autonomous vehicle hardware configurations, including LiDAR, radar, and camera-based sensor technologies.
