Engage with clients to design and present customized solutions for their unique business needs, collaborating with product experts and engineers. Prepare tailored proposals and quotes, including pricing, terms, and contract details, to drive revenue growth and support successful deal closure. Focus on client retention by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and sales patterns, supporting the development of effective sales strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product development, and customer support—to ensure seamless and positive customer experiences. Gather and relay feedback from clients to internal teams, helping to refine existing offerings and guide the development of new products or features. Work with external partners to enhance sales opportunities and deliver added value to clients. Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all sales activities are compliant and up to date.
