We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Software Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-only role, offering substantial earning potential for high-performing individuals. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, emails, social media, and networking. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the value and benefits of LeadOwl’s software solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective negotiation to achieve sales targets. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to the product development team. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to management. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and processes. No experience required, though sales experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of the sales process and customer journey. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Highly motivated and self-driven. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
