Job Responsibilities: 1-3 years experience in sales, Specifically in VOIP and Call Center Solutions. Proficiency in both Arabic & English is a MUST. Strong knowledge of sales fundamentals and negotiation techniques. Experience in using CRM Systems effectively. Skills & Technical knowledge: Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In depth knowledge of VOIP systems and call center solutions. Similarity with CRM platforms and its functionality. Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities. Basic understanding of network infrastructure and telecommunications concept. Proficiency in Microsoft suit.
