The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader who enables Agile teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. They facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. They remove obstacles and resolves issues that may impact team productivity and sprint goals. They coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement and work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure backlog readiness and delivery success. Fosters a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment focused on customer value and business outcomes.
