SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • A very solid experience in a business development, sales or account management role selling software / digital / technology solutions.
  • Strong background selling SaaS /Cloud solutions
  • Outstanding quota attainment history and track record, with a focus on acquiring new customers and growing into new markets.
  • Strong understanding of the IWMS and enterprise software landscape and the ability to articulate its value proposition to potential clients is highly desirable.
  • A good understanding of and passion for Cloud, IoT/edge, Big Data, Digital Twin, AI, Predictive /Prescriptive Analytics, Smart Building solutions and emerging enterprise technologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • A self-starter, able to work to develop new /existing client engagements though the entire sales cycle with an ambitious and proactive mindset, and a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities


    • Driving the promotion and adoption of Digital Building Enterprise Software including Planon solutions to our key segments and Enterprise end-user customers

    • Hunting end-user engagements within new and existing Schneider Electric accounts
    • Developing a sound financial business plan when presenting and closing opportunities
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities
    • Developing a strategic plan to grow the business by identifying target customers / segments with the highest growth potential.
    • Directly manage the commercial team and resources associated.
    • Effectively lead the sales, commercial, presales and solutions activities within the team focused on clear targets and defined outcomes.
    • Developing the 30/60/90-day action plan along with a long-range market strategy for offer growth and competitive positioning
    • Manage effective commercial engagement for the crafting of specific offerings appropriate to customer needs
