The Brazil CIB Technology area is responsible of providing technology solutions the different business and support areas in Brazil that includes Capital Markets, Cash Management, Treasury, Taxes & Risk. About the job: Key responsabilities Develop and implement the technology roadmap for Risk and Regulatory Reporting in Brazil, ensuring alignment with the bank's global IT strategy. Manage the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of critical applications. Manage and mentor a local technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Serve as the key liaison between the bank and external technology vendors to ensure proper and timely communication of technical requirements, system issues, and regulatory mandates. Actively manage vendor performance, service level agreements (SLAs), and the resolution of critical issues. Ensure all technology solutions and data pipelines meet strict regulatory requirements (e.g., those from BACEN and CVM. Act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing technical advisory and strategic input on business initiatives. Architect and implement automated workflows for regulatory submissions to Bacen (Central Bank of Brazil) and CNM (e.g., CADOCS, DLO/DLI, IFRS 9, local capital requirements, etc.). Integrate approval gates and data-quality checks to guarantee completeness, accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reports. Oversee initiatives across asset classes—including Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Cash Management—ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives. Required Qualifications & Skills 10+ years in technology leadership within financial services, with significant exposure to investment-banking operational, Reg Reporting and/or compliance platforms. Proven track record delivering automated regulatory-reporting and compliance solutions in Brazil (Bacen, CVM, Anbima, etc). Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of technology platforms and systems that support loans and guarantees, including origination, servicing, and risk modeling. Understanding of credit risk management principles and technologies as they apply to corporate lending. Spanish language skills is a plusProven experience in leading and managing technology teams in a complex, global environment. Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, including cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), messaging technologies (e.g., Kafka), and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++). Demonstrated ability to lead audits, prepare technical evidence and remediate compliance findings. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
