Deine Aufgaben: Strategie und Roadmap: HEIDELBERG eigenes Softwaresystem für Digital, insbesondere für die Jetfire Familie definieren Erstellung und Abgleich von Produkt-Roadmaps in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Digital Print Ecosystem Team, insbesondere mit den Märkten bzw. ausgewählten Kunden, unserer Entwicklungsabteilung und externen Partnern Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle für unsere Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Service innerhalb des Digital Print Ecosystems für die Softwaresystemintegration Auswertung und Interpretation von Geschäfts-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten in Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Personen aus dem Business Intelligence Bereich Ableitung von faktenbasierten Entscheidungen und Argumentationen im Schulterschluss mit den Produkt- und Anwendungsexperten Input- und Impulsgeber im Strategieprozess Anwendung von Verfahrensvergleichen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen aus Kundenperspektive Entwicklung von Mehrwertargumentation für das Softwaresystem im Ecosystem Bereitstellung von Informationen und Instrumenten für die Vertriebsorganisationen und Kunden (z.B. Softwarespezifikation, Broschüren und Präsentationen, Marketingmaterialien, Website-Inhalte sowie Preislisten) Erarbeitung von Präsentationskonzepten für Messen und Open-House-Veranstaltungen Demonstration des Softwaresystems im digitalen Ökosystems und Durchführung von Produktschulungen für Kunden und Vertrieb Unsere Anforderungen: Du hast idealerweise einen Abschluss in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder einem technischen Studiengang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen und/oder softwaretechnischen Schwerpunkten Du hast bereits Erfahrung in Steuern von Cross-Funktionalen Softwareprojekten Du denkst und handelst end-to-end und hast dabei stets den gesamten Prozess im Blick Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Druck (Offset oder Digital) und Solutions Management Du bist in der Lage komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich und überzeugend zu kommunizieren und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Überzeugungskraft Du bist es gewohnt, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig ein Teamplayer zu sein.
