We are looking at an experienced technical leader with advanced communication and leadership skills to drive technical offer development and releases in an agile environment (including internal partner projects, external collaborations, or partnerships). Key responsibilities Select, design, develop, and maintain Software coded in C, C++ or Python (mainly) in compliance with Schneider Electric quality criteria and development processes. Participate in defining and clarifying marketing/technical needs with the Product Owner. Lead or contribute to the definition of the Software architecture, with a strong capacity for innovation and proposing the right technical choices. Validate firmware deliverables by conducting unit, integration, product, or system tests. Ensure the quality of the firmware deliverables by running source code and binary scans to detect and fix coding issues, license infringements, cybersecurity known vulnerabilities… Analyse and fix defects. Expertise customer issues and provide support to all internal & external stakeholders (other squads, plants, customers…). Develop utility software for design & test purposes.
