ABOUT THE JOB

We are growing our team. We are looking for a Software Support Advisor to join our flagship school budget management software team. If you are experienced in a customer service environment, ideally on a technical service desk which supports a large number of users, we would like to hear from you.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide service desk support to our customers in a professional manner, recorded on our information management system and managed through to resolution, following our KPI’s for call resolution times.
  • Documenting all resolutions following the service desk procedures and flowcharts.
  • To commit to undertake continual training and development in the products supported.
  • New account set ups for all supported systems.
  • Assist with key projects to continue to drive the company forward.
