JOB DESCRIPTION
Sigma Freight Systems Ltd is a long-established software solutions provider for a diverse range of clients. We seek a keen and enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to complement our existing team.
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for handling client support requests by telephone and e-mail. Experience with a support ticket system is an advantage. Support tickets are either directly resolved or, where required, assessed and clarified before being passed to colleagues for further help or investigation.
Other responsibilities will include managing and applying updates to our clients’ systems and maintaining user documentation.
