The Software Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing our software solutions and ensuring high-quality performance. Delivering professional facility turnkey projects and system engineering services to the semiconductor fabrication industry are the company’s specialties. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for talented members to join our team.
As a Software Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our ERP legacy system (built with ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server). You will resolve user tickets, troubleshoot and fix bugs, apply software updates, and ensure smooth system operation across departments. This role includes periodic travel to Santa Clara, CA (up to one week per month) through June 2026, with no travel requirements beyond that date.
