YOUR ROLE

Think of this as your gateway to becoming a full-stack device engineer. You will be the technical connector between our in-house team, our outsourced firmware developers, and our customers. You will track down bugs, write and run test protocols, and make sure every firmware update we release meets our quality standards. You will also dig into device-to-app issues, keeping both working in perfect sync.
If you love uncovering the root cause of problems, enjoy establishing clear and effective test strategies, and want to see your work directly impact products used worldwide, this is your role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Troubleshoot and analyze firmware and device performance issues.
• Own QA testing for all new and revised firmware — including writing test protocols, executing tests, and documenting results.
• Coordinate with our firmware development partner to communicate issues, track fixes, and verify solutions.
• Test mobile app updates for device integration and regression prevention.
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing and customer service to provide technical insight.
• Keep thorough records to support regulatory and quality compliance.
