In your new job as Software Support (m/f/d) - you:

• work closely with the specialist departments of software development and project management
• define test cases for standardized and automated quality control
• Based on their own test cases, they conduct interface tests, usability tests and functional tests, for example performance tests (MDE) for new software functions in patches or releases.
• They analyze customer feedback, create reports, and derive measures from them to optimize quality management, quality assurance processes, and services.
• We provide software support including error analysis and troubleshooting, both remotely and directly at the customer's site.
• participate in the creation of test concepts and test protocols
• conduct and document quality assurance measures and accompanying actions.
• maintain and update the documentation in various databases.
• act as contact persons for test procedures and their coordination

She is distinguished by:

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or business studies, or a comparable qualification, for example as an IT specialist in application development
• Interest in browser- or application-based software and the interaction of software components
• first practical experience in checking databases and log files
• basic knowledge in error analysis and the interpretation of errors
• First professional experience in the IT environment of financial service providers or from a software manufacturer
• Willingness to travel within German-speaking countries
• good German and English skills
