Join our dynamic team as a Software Support Specialist, where your technical expertise and passion for customer service will drive exceptional support for our software solutions. In this role, you will be the frontline hero, providing software support, training and guiding users through technical challenges, and ensuring seamless operation. Your skills will empower users and enhance their experience with our innovative software products. You will also be involved with software testing.

Duties

• Provide expert-level technical support to end-users via help desk channels, resolving issues related to operating systems such as Windows,
• Troubleshoot software problems, including application errors, installation issues, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Manage and document support tickets using Jira, to track issue resolution progress efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex problems and facilitate timely resolutions.
• Involved with the testing team and reporting findings using Jira management.
• Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Strong understanding of computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with software troubleshooting tools and remote support platform Jira.
• Familiarity with desktop support tasks.
• Knowledge of IT support best practices in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering timely solutions.
• Prior experience working in customer service-oriented environments is highly desirable.
