  • Identify, troubleshoot, and fix minor bugs in software applications supporting WPS and remittance services, using .NET, C++, or Java.
  • Address small technical issues reported by users (internal staff and clients) to ensure system reliability and functionality.
  • Test and validate fixes to prevent recurrence of issues, ensuring minimal disruption to WPS and remittance operations.
  • Issue Reporting:
  • Document and report small issues, bugs, and system errors in a clear and organized manner, using basic reporting tools or templates.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or developers, providing detailed logs and descriptions to facilitate resolution.
  • Basic Database Support:
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining MySQL databases for WPS and remittance transactions, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
  • Execute simple SQL queries to retrieve data, troubleshoot minor database issues, and support reporting needs.
  • Perform routine database tasks, such as backups and basic maintenance, under supervision.
  • User Support:
  • Provide first-line support to internal staff and clients using WPS, remittance systems, and the Al Bader Exchange mobile app, addressing basic technical queries.
  • Leverage our 24/7 live chat support system to coordinate with users and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaboration and Compliance:
  • Work closely with the IT and operations teams to ensure all support activities comply with Central Bank of UAE regulations and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) guidelines for WPS.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to learn and implement best practices in software support.
  • Learning and Development:
  • Actively participate in on-the-job training to build proficiency in SQL, MySQL, .NET, C++, and Java.
  • Stay updated on WPS and remittance system requirements to provide effective support.

  • Basic exposure to SQL, MySQL, .NET, C++, or Java through coursework, projects, or self-learning.
  • Familiarity with WPS, remittance systems, or financial software is a plus but not required.
