This role is essential in ensuring that our clients experience seamless functionality with our software products. Main Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients for the company’s software products Install and configure software solutions Deliver user training and support during implementation Handle daily support requests and resolve technical issues BSc in Computer Science or a related field Good knowledge of Databases (RDBMS)/ Windows operating systems/ Basic networking Good command of the English language Strong communication and problem-solving skills Team spirit and initiative Valid driver’s license Nice to have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector Competitive compensation package Private health insurance Ongoing training and development opportunities A modern and friendly working environment in Athens
