Nous recherchons un Architecte Systèmes Logiciels avec une solide expertise en DevOps pour rejoindre notre équipe à Montréal. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, l’architecture et l’optimisation de systèmes à grande échelle, en mettant l’accent sur le contrôle de production, la gestion des tâches, l’automatisation et les technologies IoT/cloud. Ce poste implique une collaboration étroite avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires afin de livrer des solutions performantes, sécurisées et évolutives dans un environnement Agile dynamique.

We are seeking a Software System Architect with strong DevOps expertise to join our team in Montreal. You will play a key role in the design, architecture, and optimization of large-scale systems, focusing on production control, task management, automation, and IoT/cloud technologies. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in:
• Production Control Systems, Task Management, Automation (PIMS, SCADA).
• Communication protocols (MQTT).
• IoT / Cloud / Edge technologies and concepts.
• Service-oriented architectures and system optimizations.
• Strong experience with Linux environments, GitLab/Jira, and networking.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of .NET/.NET Core, APIs, SaaS, PaaS.
• Solid understanding of modern architectures (microservices, SPA, PWA, IoT).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design innovative solutions.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written & spoken).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Adaptability in Agile development environments.
• Availability to travel occasionally to customer sites (if required).

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong background in DevOps and System Architecture.
• Solid hands-on experience with Linux systems.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Based in Montreal downtown (Hybrid – 3 days on site).
