We are looking for an exceptional Tech Lead to lead a long-term software project in a technologically advanced company. The role requires deep hands-on expertise, strong product analysis skills, and ownership of architecture and code quality. Responsibilities Lead technical design and key architectural decisions Work closely with the Software Architect and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle Translate product and business requirements into scalable technical solutions Ensure high code quality, standards, and best practices Hands-on development, code reviews, and technical mentoring Requirements Requirements – Backend Expert-level .NET / .NET Core Strong experience with Entity Framework and SQL Proven experience building RESTful Web APIs Experience with 3rd-party integrations Solid knowledge of Authentication & Authorization Requirements – Frontend React at a high professional level Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices Bonus Docker, Jenkins, Argo CD CI/CD and cloud deployment experience
