We are now seeking a Software Installation Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting, hands-on role combining software configuration, on-site hardware installation, and customer training. If you’re a tech-savvy problem solver with great communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service, we want to hear from you.
The role will be split between customer sites and working from the office.

  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform customer audits to assess system requirements.
  • Configure and install Time & Attendance, Access Control, and Clock/Bell systems at customer sites across Ireland.
  • Provide on-site training to customers to ensure they can confidently use our systems.
  • Offer technical guidance and answer queries throughout the installation process.
  • Report installation issues to the Technical Services Manager promptly.
  • Conduct system maintenance and repairs, both in-house and on-site.

OFFICE-BASED DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone/email.
  • Assisting in the planning and scheduling of future installations.
  • Supporting the sales team in technical aspects of customer engagements.
