Description Our Wheeler Telematics Technology Team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Software Telematics Support Specialist. This role is responsible for managing telematics subscriptions and maintaining asset ownership records for both customers and Wheeler. Key Responsibilities Promote a safe work environment by following safety protocols and supporting an accident-free workplace. Administer telematics subscriptions—including tracking, activations, updates, and cancellations—for customer-facing Caterpillar applications such as VisionLink. Coordinate billing for internal and customer telematics subscriptions, including invoicing, purchase order processing, and customer payment management. Ensure customer and Wheeler-connected equipment is properly subscribed and accurately reporting data across Caterpillar applications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer asset ownership records within Wheeler and Caterpillar systems. Work full-time, in-office, eight-hour daytime shift, Monday through Friday. Qualifications Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment. Clear and timely communication skills via phone, email, and in person. Ability to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities. Self-starter with a willingness to ask questions and follow up. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable using mobile devices (iPhone and/or Android). High school diploma or certificate of completion. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment and technology, including VisionLink. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Accounts payable or receiving experience is a plus Experience with DBS, SIS, or other Caterpillar applications. Background in the construction industry. Customer service or support experience. Prior experience working for a Caterpillar dealer. Associate degree or higher in business, technology, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. Travel Requirements Occasional visits to customer worksites and/or offices.
