Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Software Telesales BDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and promoting our software solutions. This role is office-based in Martlesham Heath and offers both part-time and full-time hours to suit your lifestyle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification – Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and emails.
  • Customer Needs Analysis – Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and propose suitable software solutions.
  • CRM Management – Utilise our CRM system to track leads, manage interactions, and monitor sales activities.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and schedule appointments.
  • Product Knowledge – Maintain a strong understanding of our software products, features, and pricing.
  • Performance Tracking – Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas and KPIs.
  • Continuous Learning – Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
