The Role:
We are seeking experienced Test Analysts with Automation Testing experience to work on impactful projects with our diverse clientele. As a Software Test Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering robust test solutions. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our applications through automated testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools.
  • Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and create effective test plans.
  • Execute automated tests and analyse results to ensure that applications meet quality standards.
  • Utilize containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) for testing microservices in a containerized environment.
  • Perform automated API testing using tools such as Java (e.g., RestAssured, SoapUI).
  • Manage test case documentation and communication within Agile/Scrum teams using collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar for automated testing and deployment.
  • Understand and test microservices-based applications to ensure seamless integration and performance.
  • Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) to conduct testing in cloud environments.
  • Conduct Accessibility, Database, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and compliance issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Analyst with a strong focus on Automation Testing.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts, frameworks, and environments.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
  • Experience with automated API testing tools (e.g., RestAssured, SoapUI).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for test management.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment, including tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
  • Understanding of microservices architectures and testing best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and accessibility testing standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
