Your tasks:

• The system/test engineer is responsible for verifying the system integration and the overall functionality of the system created within the framework of development projects.
• His main responsibilities within projects include creating test specifications against system requirements, selecting and documenting appropriate test procedures and methods, verifying system integration, and demonstrating the overall functionality of the system in accordance with system requirements.
• Responsible for the qualification of the system integration and the verification of the system against the requirements
• Creating inspection and test specifications
• Coordination of the implementation, operation and maintenance of system test benches and test setups in development (not production test benches!)
• Responsible preparation, execution, and documentation of internal and external tests and verification measurements against the properties and behavior of the system as specified.
• Proof of the adequacy of selected test procedures to verify that the requirements are met
• Commissioning: Implementation including planning of the verification process

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed university studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable training
• Professional experience in a comparable role
• Experience in the design of systems, machines and assemblies of comparable complexity
• Experience with aviation processes and verification of systems in aviation
• Strong analytical skills, a structured work style, and good communication skills.
• Very good German and English skills
