Your tasks

• Testing and quality assurance: You analyze functional and technical requirements and develop test strategies and test concepts for our data engineering and analytics solutions.
• Test automation: You design, implement, and optimize automated tests across different systems.
• Testing: You perform functional, integration, end-to-end and regression tests, ensuring quality and stability.
• Teamwork: You work closely with software engineers, data engineers and specialist departments, and bring quality into the development process early on.
• Optimization: You actively drive the optimization of our testing strategies, automations, and tools.

This is what you bring with you

• Education: You have a completed degree in computer science or business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: You have several years of practical experience in software testing, ideally in the field of data engineering, analytics or backend-oriented systems.
• Technical know-how: You have experience in software development and working with database systems. Ideally, you are proficient in Python and SQL. Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud infrastructures, and test automation is advantageous.
• Quality assurance and expertise: You have sound experience in the design and execution of software tests and are familiar with common testing methods and QA processes. Ideally, you hold an ISTQB certification and have an interest in financial markets, stock exchanges, or data-driven business models.
• Personal strengths: You work proactively, analytically, and with a high level of abstract thinking. You actively contribute to an agile, team-oriented environment.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written (C1 level).
