The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems aimed at enhancing the efficiency, quality, and safety of our production and testing processes while adhering to applicable regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, or LabVIEW.
  • Proficiency in designing, validating, and managing the lifecycle of test setups.
  • Familiarity with measurement and analysis tools like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and digital multimeters.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to inspire and guide team members.
  • Proficiency in technical English (written and spoken).
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Proven leadership potential with the ability to grow a team over time.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for production or testing processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electronic, software) to integrate automated systems effectively.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and validation of automated systems, ensuring reliability and compliance with standards (including RTCA DO-330).
  • Apply Measurement System Analysis (MSA) techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of measurement systems used in automation processes.
  • Identify areas of improvement in existing processes and propose innovative solutions.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including manuals, technical specifications, and test reports.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users.
  • Monitor and maintain existing automation systems, addressing any malfunctions as needed.
