Description

You will assume end -to -end responsibility for company-wide KPI and control frameworks , from conception and technical implementation to rollout.
As a Business Partner for Operational Logistics , you will structure , analyze, and visualize complex logistics data, thereby creating reliable decision-making bases for the strategic and operational management of more than 30 logistics locations.
You will take over stakeholder management at the senior management level and simultaneously act as an operational sparring partner for the local sites, bridging the gap between data and operational reality .
You evaluate the impact of optimization measures, derive recommendations for action , and ensure that improvements are sustainably integrated into daily operations.
You are responsible for the quality , consistency and further development of our reporting structures and thus ensure transparency in all relevant KPIs.
You drive the development of new dashboards , automations , and reporting logics, and support teams in working in a data-driven way.

Responsibilities

You have already gained several years of relevant experience in the data analytics field , ideally in logistics or operations.
Typically, you have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, logistics, or data science.
You have already independently designed and implemented company-wide management tools that are used by managers for operational and strategic decisions.
You are highly skilled and effective in SQL , Power BI , and low-code tools . You stand out with your strong knowledge of Databricks, cloud technologies, and Python, and you strategically utilize AI tools where they truly advance your work .
You can communicate complex analyses clearly and understandably – whether in the dashboard or in conversation with stakeholders.
You quickly recognize connections between data and processes, develop practical solutions independently and with high quality standards, and thus provide measurable impetus for the future of flaschenpost.
You speak German well and ideally have good English skills
