• Serve as an advocate for quality within the project team, ensuring excellence across the board
• Design, implement, and review test scenarios for both manual and automated testing
• Collaborate with developers to embed quality into every stage of the development process
• Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria
• Execute functional and non-functional tests, exploratory testing, and test suites
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Playwright and C#
• Develop custom testing frameworks and tools to enhance productivity
• Test web applications, REST APIs, and databases (relational and NoSQL)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and provide consistent, high-quality test coverage reporting

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong understanding of test-driven development (TDD)
• Hands-on experience in automated testing with C# and tools like Playwright
• Proficiency in testing web applications and APIs (PostMan, RestSharp)
• Familiarity with database testing (MS SQL, NoSQL)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience with Azure would be an advantage
• Knowledge of mobile app automated testing tools like Appium is desirable
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be beneficial
