Determining Test Requirements, Creating New Test Cases, and Schedules for software development. Create meetings to review the data from the testing. Creativity and drive to improve current processes. Being able to work along with a team and communicate projects activities. Onsight working. Required Skills (Technical Competencies): Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science; or 5 years’ experience in the field. Hardware and Software Integration Testing Hands-On/ SIM testing. Understanding Test Requirements. Write Test Cases for Multiple Sub-Systems Microsoft Office Desired Skills: Toll Gate Process Knowledge Understanding of DOORs/ClearQuest Knowledge of RS 422/232 Serial Comm. Strong Analytic and HW Troubleshooting Skills Ability to Interact with multiple stakeholders at all the levels. Physical Requirements and work environment: Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor Involvement. Must be able to climb stairs to safely board heavy equipment vehicle and in the test cells. Abilities and willingness to work “hands-on” in test labs and on heavy equipment vehicles. Need to be able to carry at least 25 pounds. Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work. Heavily regulated industries with strict adherence to procedures. Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early. Typical 8 hour days plus lunch/ 40 hour work week/ core (required) hours 8am to 4pm. But must have ability to work 2nd shift, weekends and or swing shifts if required. Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations. Pay Range: $60,000-$67,000 per year Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
