• Proven experience in software quality assurance with a strong understanding of SDLC processes including requirements analysis, test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines involving Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps for automated build and test execution.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like LoadRunner or similar for conducting load and stress tests on web applications and APIs.
• Experience working with various operating systems including Windows, Linux/Unix environments; knowledge of operating system commands is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB; proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation during testing phases.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on complex issues related to software troubleshooting; excellent analytical skills are essential.
• Familiarity with service-oriented architecture (SOA), web services (REST/SOAP), XML/JSON data formats; experience testing APIs is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of version control systems like GitHub, GitLab, SVN; experience managing code repositories effectively.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to technical support and collaboration across cross-functional teams involved in release management and business analysis.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
