On behalf of our client, an international market leader in the agricultural sector, we are seeking a Software Test Engineer (m/f/d) in the Bad Saulgau area for a full-time or part-time position (35-40 hours per week). The position is initially offered through a temporary staffing agency for one year, with the option of subsequent permanent employment. The salary for a 40-hour week is €65,000-€75,000 gross per year. Ref. 48546

Tasks

- Independent validation of electronic functions in the field of research and development

- Independent creation and execution of test automation on the machine and in the test area

- Continuous analysis, tracking, and documentation of electrotechnical anomalies

- Conception and implementation of tests in close cooperation with internal and external interfaces

- Support in the release of software releases based on sound test reports

- Support of the test benches within the framework of software validation

Requirements

- Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, automotive engineering, or a comparable qualification

- Professional experience as a software tester, test manager, validation engineer, test engineer, or software validator

- Appropriate experience in the planning, coordination, setup, and implementation of manual and automated software tests

- Proficient use of Vector HiL simulators and the creation of automated tests with vTestStudio; ISTQB Certified Tester certification is an

advantage Independent, structured, and organized work style

- Fluent English and German, both written and spoken
