JOB DESCRIPTION

The Software Tester Consultant creates test plan scenarios for process, function, integration, and acceptance testing on highly complex Enterprise and integrated projects. Leads and ensures requirements traceability on highly complex Projects. Creates and Distributes Quality Assurance practices and standards.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Seven or more years of experience in IT systems testing

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive knowledge of application delivery process and business assessment
  • Expert knowledge of requirements analysis, application and system testing, and system development life cycle
  • Expert knowledge of system testing tools
  • Expert knowledge of IT environment, standards, procedures, and policies
  • Expert knowledge of IT and software quality assurance
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong business assessment skills
