Digital Concepts is looking for a Software Tester with strong attention to detail and clear verbal and written communication skills to ensure the quality and reliability of our software. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the correct operation of software, identifying issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will support maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for in house systems to help maintain development operations.
Effective communication is critical, as you will be responsible for clearly documenting test results, accurately reporting discovered issues, and collaborating with developers and other teams to ensure timely resolution.
This is an on-site position that requires physical access to testing equipment and in-house systems. Remote work is not an option.

• Perform system, regression, smoke, functional, usability, and user acceptance testing and document results.
• Detect, track, and report software defects and inconsistencies in bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure stability.
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting in-house testing environments, tools, and systems. Support internal system updates, configurations, and minor fixes to ensure seamless operations.
