Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Tester to oversee our software testing and quality assurance processes. The QA Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, managing the QA team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, test automation, and team leadership.

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure efficient testing and quality assurance practices.
• Develop, implement, and improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Implement and manage automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.
• Conduct regular code reviews, defect analysis, and risk assessments.
• Define and track key quality metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in testing efficiency and software quality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new testing tools, and best practices to enhance QA processes.
• Ensure compliance with software development and release standards.
• Drive the adoption of CI/CD practices and integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Coordinate and participate in performance, security, and usability testing.
• Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders effectively.
