DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking an experienced software tester with an emphasis on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on-device and web sales applications for AppleCare sales product teams. You will play a significant role in ensuring AppleCare Digital’s software sales initiatives have met the required quality standards before releases go live. Key responsibilities include: Test Environment & Equipment Set up Test User Stories & Requirements Identify Software Bugs Troubleshoot Issues Provide Risk Assessment Prior to Software Release Go Live! Review and address post Go Live! bugs
