Tasks

• Validate data pipelines, data quality, and reconciliation across source systems, backend services, and AI outputs.
• Perform frontend, backend, API, and end-to-end testing of AI applications.
• Validate AI/ML and LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
• Test RAG-based outputs, chatbot responses, and AI-generated content, identifying hallucinations and incorrect results.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, validation scenarios, and regression testing.
• Document defects, track issues, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
• Monitor production data quality and system outputs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with AI, Backend, Frontend, and Product teams on quality and validation activities.
• Report quality metrics, defects, and validation outcomes.
