As a Software Tester, you will be part of our IT team, which currently consists of fourteen colleagues divided across one management team and three feature teams. Together with the Developers, you are responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of our software.
You perform manual, exploratory, and automated tests and are responsible for the management and maintenance of our test automation.
With your critical eye, you actively engage in dialogue with the Developers to arrive at better solutions together. You know how to clearly communicate your findings and help the team to structurally improve quality. Additionally, you contribute ideas for optimizing our testing approach, processes, and working methods.
In this role, you will have ample room for initiative and the opportunity to contribute directly to the further development of our applications and organization.
