Your job

As a Software Tester, you are an indispensable link in our development process. You ensure that the software meets all functional and non-functional requirements by detecting bugs early and mitigating risks. You work closely with developers, product owners, and other team members within an Agile environment to ensure reliable, stable solutions. What will you be doing?

• Analyzing user stories and requirements and translating them into test scenarios and cases.
• Performing functional tests, system tests, regression tests, and user acceptance tests.
• Logging and documenting findings in tools such as Jira or TestRail.
• Automating tests with tools such as Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.
• Identifying risks and making improvement proposals for software quality and test processes.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborating with colleagues to continuously take software to the next level.

What makes you that unique colleague?

You have an MBO/HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in computer science or a technical field, in addition:

• At least 2 years of experience as a software tester, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• You are familiar with test methodologies such as ISTQB or TMap (preferred).
• Experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, or Katalon is a plus.
• You have a keen eye for detail and think analytically and in a structured manner.
• You communicate clearly, work accurately, and take responsibility.
• Experience with test automation is a plus, but not a must.
• You think ahead, identify risks, and contribute to process improvements.
