Description
  • End-to-end testing of TOUGH training modules regarding functionality, performance, user-friendliness and content accuracy
  • Close collaboration with developers and security experts to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
  • Evaluation and documentation of the comprehensibility and content relevance of our training scripts and training courses
  • Identifying and reporting problems related to UX, interface, or navigation within the training software and on the website (no programming knowledge required)
  • Creation and validation of training content with regard to didactic consistency and safety-relevant correctness.
  • Participation in selected customer meetings for the structured collection of user feedback, including consolidation and translation into concrete requirements for further development.
  • Support in preparing for rollouts and ensuring quality standards before product release
