They have an international presence worldwide and are looking out for a skilled System & Software Testing Lead to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, STANDARD OFFICE HOURS

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Software & Systems Testing Lead to shape and drive our quality assurance strategy across software applications and integrated systems. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of QA professionals, champion best practices, and embed quality at every stage of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in software testing, QA methodologies, and systems validation.
• Proven experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments, including strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in establishing quality standards, engineering best practices, and performance tracking through well-defined KPIs.
• Strong background in leading QA teams, test architects, and automation engineers.
• Understanding of software security, compliance standards, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive quality across multiple teams.

Testing Strategy & Execution

• Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies that combine both manual and automated testing approaches to ensure high product quality, system reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Risk-Based Quality Management

• Promote a risk-based testing approach to proactively identify system vulnerabilities, minimize defects, and mitigate potential business impacts early in the development lifecycle.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and develop a high-performing QA team by mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and instilling a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.

Collaboration Across Functions

• Partner with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to integrate testing seamlessly into CI/CD workflows and align quality assurance with Agile delivery models.

QA Innovation & Transformation

• Introduce and implement modern testing solutions such as AI-powered automation, predictive analytics, and next-gen validation techniques to enhance testing speed, scalability, and accuracy.
