• Test our AI and vision software to ensure top performance, stability, and accuracy.
• Identify, reproduce, and track software issues; collaborate closely with developers for fixes and improvements.
• Support customers worldwide in using our AI solutions: troubleshooting, onboarding, and best practices.
• Deliver training sessions (remote and on-site) to help clients maximize the value of our products.
• Collect customer feedback and bring insights back to the product and engineering teams.
• Prepare clear documentation, guides, and FAQs to make our software easier to adopt.
