Description EOA Technologies is seeking a Software Tool Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. You will be an integral member of the DNS, DHCP, IPAM (DDI) Operations Team and will be responsible for the IP Address Management process. Responsible for the automation of requirements management, change management, requirements gathering/tracking, and configuration management. Projects require automated solutions to effectively manage the requirements, link source documents, and architectures. The Tools Engineer shall work with teams to identify, engineer, and implement the most optimum automated solution that follows approved processes for a given project or infrastructure. In addition, Tools Engineers shall work with all other infrastructure support teams as other teams as part of a solution to identify, engineer, and implement solutions that integrate with the automation/infrastructure/productivity tools. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Space alignment for registration requests IPAM Subnet management, workflow management, front door management and vetting Space alignment for registration requests Burn rate management, space alignment for registration requests, and efficiency of routing services and subnet for cloud services Develop, tailor, and maintain associated technical documentation for software productivity tools Provide consulting, training, and hands-on expertise to project personnel to include Key Management personnel in the use of software tools Perform regular backup of software productivity tools databases, datasets, and files Requirements To be considered for this position you must have the following: Possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance IAT Level 1 Certification Experienced IPAM SME Knowledge or IPv4/IPv6 subnetting Fourteen (14) years combined experience as a software engineer, system engineer, system administrator or configuration management engineer. Eight (8) years' experience as a Tools Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity. Four (4) years of additional experience as a software engineer, system engineer, system administrator, or configuration management experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
